Scott Stallings decided there was not going to be a playoff in the Farmers Insurance Open.

Even though there was a group of six golfers tied for the lead late in the final round of the tournament, Stallings settled the issue when he made a birdie on the par-5 finishing hole to get to nine-under-par.

Stallings fired a four-under-par 68 and that allowed him to beat out K.J. Choi, Graham DeLaet, Jason Day and Pat Perez. Those four golfers finished at eight-under-par.

The win was the third of Stallings' career.
