I was born and raised in Durham, North Carolina and grew up in a "house divided" as my dad graduated from Duke and my mom from UNC. Our house was less than two miles away from Duke's east campus, and I took to Duke thanks to a visit from Johnny Dawkins during an Elementary School end of year picnic. I attended College of Charleston, graduating with a media studies degree in 2009 but remained a Blue Devil fan throughout. I'm enthusiastic about Duke but I am never afraid to give credit to a worthy opponent. Go Devils!
I don't know....
Why can't we have bios on our new accounts? Is this a Jeff Chase question or....
Get me on an eight-foot hoop and I can throw it down with the best of them.
The Dookies, should definitely keep a low profile, and quietly tread, and not expect the world from this incoming class abd I think you'll be very surprised with the results rather then, be over hyped like fans are always prone to do. These teams comprised of younger players are always a mystery. While competing teams talent has steadily increased within the past few years. This is evident in the NCAA's, when teams, shock everyone, and busts their brackets. I for one being a Carolina faithful, actually embrace the growth of talent level in the current NCAA.
What the heck will we Dukies do till next year? Keep us posted in the summer!
Thanks Tom! That's EXACTLY the type of fan support I'm looking for
